Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Iceland, Reykjavik. She is a CrossFit pro-athlete. The owner is of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it also. Annie is the sole female in history to have won at the CrossFit Games two times. She was second in both the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media-star. She has gained fame for being the sole woman to ever win the two CrossFit Games: in 2011 as well as 2012. She is also known for having won Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was born in and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. She was a keen sportsperson and started working out at an early age. In 2009, she participated in CrossFit competitions held in California. Her initial performances were quite impressive. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years old (as as of 2021). She stands at 5'7" and she weighs approximately 67kg. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit Training in California in the year 2009. She performed quite well through the first couple of games. Annie was ranked among top 10 of over 70. The team did not achieve any success in the event and finished it with a ranking of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. That same year, with Jami's direction, she was awarded the gold medal at the CrossFit Games. In the following year she was a participant in another CrossFit events and thanks to her outstanding performance she was able to win the contest becoming the first woman to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games. Annie was a winner, having outstanding 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first female to be crowned the winner of both CrossFit Games. In addition, in 2014 she won a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie is presently a coach and instructor for Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. With rising fame as an athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson for a number of brands in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae, among others. The self-titled Youtube page has over 1,000 subscribers, where she posts the videos of her family and trips and training-related diets.
