She has collaborated with executives from various industries to help improve the results of business, specifically when growth is rapid. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has included organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. Awed by leadership and teambuilding, she believes in the power of teams and continuous learning as the primary way for competitive advantages. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and coached leaders who have demonstrated success and results. Her work helped to create cultures within organizations which encourage learning and creativity. Annmarie has felt compelled to give her talents and time to support Learning Ally's goals. In her spare time, she also provides support to various nonprofit organizations. These include being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is dedicated to helping women become leaders by providing training to The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association that is based in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically to healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof which is a nationwide non-profit organisation focused on reversing the dependency problem across the United States in educating communities in helping those impacted by the disease of addiction.
