Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen was born in Saint. Louis Missouri. She is a famous American actor, model and singer. Her most well-known role is Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the lead singer of rock band The Pretty Reckless. The music of Momsen has appeared in TV and films such as How to Be Single Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen's younger sibling Sloane Momsen also works as an actress. She trained in dance at the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. In the Shake 'n Bake national advertisement at the time, momsen began to perform professionally after she was only three. Momsen's professional career came to halt for over three years until she received her first lead role on Misconceptions, a WB show Misconceptions. Momsen played a role in Saving Shiloh 2006 during this period. She also auditioned for the title role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three. However, the role was instead awarded to Miley Cyrus.
